If so, we will contact your airline the same day to claim and collect your compensation. This can sometimes take some time, we will keep you informed by email in the interim. Once we have received the compensation, we will notify you by email with the supporting documents and we will transfer this amount (minus our 23 percent fee including VAT) directly to your bank account. For groups of five or more people, our fee is 21 percent including VAT. Our rates make us the cheapest provider in the market. Moreover, we do not charge any administration costs.

Register your claim

  • We do not charge administration costs (other providers often do) and we work on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. So, you pay nothing if you don't receive compensation from your airline.

Step 2

We check the claim and submit it

  • We check your claim for legal feasibility (for example on the degree of force majeure).
  • Are you entitled to compensation? We will ask you for additional information for your file. If you submit it to us within 14 days, you will receive a free hotel voucher.
  • After receiving your additional information, we will submit your claim to your airline the same day. In the meantime, we check the status of the claim and will keep you informed by email.
  • If we don't receive a response from your airline, we will continue until they do.
  • If your airline refuses payment, there will be a subsequent additional check on the legal feasibility and we will take it to court - at our expense.

You will receive notification from us about the payment of your compensation
