You will receive a free hotel voucher for three nights for two people worth € 120 for each claim submitted (after receiving your additional details). You can choose from 2,000 participating hotels (including Fletcher Hotels) in the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands and Europe.

This is how you receive a free hotel voucher or a discount package on hotels

  • We test your claim (and the claims of your travel companions) without obligation and determine that it is eligible for reimbursement. Let us know what you would like: either a free hotel voucher or a discount arrangement at one of the four hotels (see section 'Make your choice from our hotel deals' at the bottom of this page).
  • We will send you an instruction email with a statement of the required documents and an assignment confirmation with which you authorise us to represent you when submitting your claim to the airline.
  • You send us the necessary documents (as described in the instruction email) within 14 days of first contact so that we can submit your claim validly. These documents include (depending on your situation):

► signed assignment contract with power of attorney
► copy of ticket / boarding pass / booking confirmation.

Make sure that you provide all documents from the instruction email. Make sure that you have (correctly) filled in and signed the assignment confirmation including the power of attorney. In this way, we will be able to submit your claim immediately.

  • As soon as we have received all documents in accordance with the instruction within 14 days, we will send you your chosen voucher code(s).
  • In the meantime, we will start to claim your legal compensation from your airline and will keep you informed of developments in the meantime by email.
  • As soon as your airline acknowledges your claim, you will receive notification of the payment of your compensation.
