  • We do not charge administration costs (other providers often do) and we work on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. So, you pay nothing if you don't receive compensation from your airline.

Step 2

We check the claim and submit it

  • We check your claim for legal feasibility (for example on the degree of force majeure).
  • Are you entitled to compensation? We will ask you for additional information for your file. If you submit it to us within 14 days, you will receive a free hotel voucher.
  • After receiving your additional information, we will submit your claim to your airline the same day. In the meantime, we check the status of the claim and will keep you informed by email.
  • If we don't receive a response from your airline, we will continue until they do.
  • If your airline refuses payment, there will be a subsequent additional check on the legal feasibility and we will take it to court - at our expense.
